Refund Policy

1. Premium Subscription Refunds
All premium subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
2. AI Credits Refunds
AI credits are non-refundable once purchased or consumed. This includes:
- Credits purchased directly through our platform
- Credits received as part of a subscription plan
- Credits awarded through promotions or referrals
Once AI credits have been used to generate astrological insights, birth charts, or any other AI-powered content, no refund will be provided for those consumed credits.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
AstroInner reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Technical failures that prevent access to paid features for an extended period
- Duplicate charges resulting from system errors
- Other situations deemed appropriate by AstroInner support
4. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, please contact our support team at support@astroinner.com with your account details and a description of your request.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
5. Changes to This Policy
AstroInner may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
